Joe Parker has been in the insurance business for over thirty years. He is a breeder of thoroughbred horses at his Channel Farm in the Sanger area of the San Joaquin Valley. Along with the horse operation, he is a tree fruit grower at this same location.

His interests have been varied in community organizations as well as serving as president and treasurer of the California Thoroughbred Breeders Association and California Thoroughbred Sales. Joe enjoys riding, horse racing, farming and spending time with his family.

Donna Chopp manages the Equine office. Donna attended Cal Poly, Pomona as a pre-vet student and worked at a large equine clinic in Chino, Ca. She began working part time for Equine insurance in 1993 and soon became a full time employee. She is an active rider and participant in horse shows. Donna also enjoys painting, cycling, water sports and is a certified aerobic instructor.

The balance of the Equine office staff is made up in its' entirety of people involved with horses. Their varied equine interests are a real asset to the clients and agency. The agency team affords all our clients the knowledge and efficiency to meet all the equine owner's needs.
